Reship / Refund Policy

Since we started Vending on the Dark Web back in early 2019, we always had a primary, number one rule in mind regarding in how to treat our customers: make a customer happy since the first interaction and keep them happy along the way. If you succeed in this, you'll build trust, honesty and a good business relation together. This is the reason why our Market Profiles were always completely filled with informational content, extensive explanations of certain details, the 'FREE BONUS PILLS'-promotion to start spreading our name and of course our personal, by hand, from scratch written messages to our customers. Because we put such a high priority on customer interactions, we gained these 750+ sales with all of them a 5-star positive feedback.

Because we ship our mainline products untracked via International Priority Airmail, there's no way to confirm whether the customer received the order or not. As you can understand from this, our way of doing business relies on trust and honesty from both sides. All our customers kept ordering from us, and even though we are sometimes a little more expansive than the competence, our people still stayed with us because we simply deliver "The best customer service experience" and domestically we even deliver NEXT-DAY when the order is placed before the afternoon (12:00). Policy Details:

Since we've already proven that we are the honest party, who always delivers (except for a very few customs seizures or losses). We decided to only apply returning customers (who ordered in the past from us) for our Reship / Refund Policy. This basically means that after your first successful order with us, you are eligible for our Reship / Refund Policy.

In case of a Loss, where delivery times exceeded more than double the Estimated Delivery Times, we will reship you the same order amount.

In case of a Customs Seizure, you will always get a letter from Customs. In this case, we will reship you the same order amount.
